POLICE are appealing for help in tracing the children of a 71-year-old man who was found dead at his home in Lowestoft.
The body of the pensioner was discovered by officers at his property in Lowestoft High Street yesterday, but they have so far been unable to let his children know.
Police officers have spoken to the sister of Ronald James Bentley and its thought he had five children, some of whom may live in the Lowestoft area.
A spokesperson for Suffolk police said: “There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances to his death but police are asking anyone with information that may help trace his children to call coroners officer Steve Bignell on 01986 835167.”
