A 33-YEAR-old man accused of causing death by dangerous driving has had his case transferred to the crown court.
Dullingham man Stephen Hockley, 54, died following a collision on the A142 Fordham Road at Newmarket on December 3 last year.
Philip Milbank, of Fordham Road in Newmarket, is accused of driving dangerously prior to the collision. Today at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates' Court, his case was transferred to Ipswich Crown Court for April 24.
