POST mortem tests on a six-year-old boy who died at his home in Ipswich on Sunday morning have proved inconclusive, police said today.
Police are continuing to treat the tragic death of Jacob Gaecke - who died suddenly a year to the day after his teenage sister was killed in a road accident - as “unexplained”.
Officers said further tests were being carried out to determine the cause of death.
Ambulance crews were called to the family home in Nacton Road on Sunday morning but Jacob, who had severe physical disabilities, including cerebral palsy, was already dead on arrival.
