The club, which are based in Woodbridge, are inviting members of the public to try the sport on Monday May 28.
A spokesperson for the club said: “Whether you’re completely new to the sport or looking to get back on the water, RYA Push the Boat Out is the perfect time to give it a go.”
Push the Boat Out is an initiative created by the Royal Yachting Association to encourage more people to get involved in their local clubs by having a go at sailing or windsurfing.
No special clothing is needed to take part in the event and buoyancy aids are provided.
Experienced club members will be on hand to help.
The event is being held from 10am until 12.30pm. No booking is required and visitors can just turn up on the day.
