A Leiston man has been sentenced following a burglary of a house and the theft from a motor vehicle in Aldringham.
Deivids Cimurs, 25, of Old School Close, pleaded guilty to burglary dwelling and theft from a motor vehicle at Ipswich Magistrates Court on Monday, October 8.
A police spokesman said the offences took place during September this year
After admitting the offences, Cimur was issued with a community order to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work, ordered to pay costs of £85, £400 in compensation and an £85 victim surcharge.
