Delays expected on A12, A146, A1117, A149 and B1149 on Monday as police escort abnormal load from Lowestoft to Bacton Gas Terminal

Motorists are advised to expect delays on Suffolk roads today as police will be escorting an abnormal load from 9.30am.

A large reel, over 5m wide and 22m long will be travelling from Heath Road in Lowestoft to Bacton Gas Terminal on Monday. January 5.

The route will go through the A146, A1117, A12, A149 and B1149 before arriving at the gas terminal.
