Abellio Greater Anglia
Trains running between Ipswich and Cambridge are facing delays of up to 15 minutes due to a piece of defective track at Dullingham.
Services have to run at a reduced speed across the line at the Dullingham level crossing.
Rail operator Abellio Greater Anglia says the disruption is likely to last the whole day, and apologised for any inconvenience caused.
