A 22-year-old man who allegedly lifted the skirts of teenagers to take photographs has been charged with outraging public decency and possession of indecent images

The charges Craig Warmer, of Hyde Road, Dereham, is facing relate to incidents which happened in Dereham and Norwich in January and February.

He is accused of possessing 365 indecent images of children and two counts of outraging public decency following incidents at Boots and outside City College Norwich, where he is alleged to have lifted teenagers’ skirts.

He has been released on conditional bail and will appear at Norwich Crown Court on April 25.
