It includes a host of top riders led by Grand Prix and World Cup stars Bjarne Pedersen, Krzystzof Kasprzak and Kenneth Bjerre.
They will battle it out for the biggest prize fund ever offered in the North East.
Diamonds co-promoter George English said: "We invite speedway fans everywhere to come along and join in our celebrations."
