Passengers are delayed at stations including at Ipswich, Norwich and Colchester

Rail passengers faced delays of up to 45minutes due to a broken down train between Kelvedon and Witham.
Train services running through these stations were being cancelled or delayed. Disruption was expected until 2pm.
Train services from Norwich, Ipswich and Colchester towards Liverpool Street were being disrupted by this problem in both directions.
At around 12.45pm the lines were cleared and trains began operating as normal.
