Two 11-year-old girls were approached by strangers in Haverhill, with one putting his arm around them before the girls ran away.
The incident happened at around 4.50pm in Chalkstone Way on Tuesday. The girls were approached near Motsfield Park play area by two men who asked them their names and how old they were.
One of the men then put an arm around each girl and the girls ran down an alley towards Jay Close.
The men appeared again at the top of the alley but did not approach them again.
The man who put his arm around the girls is described as white, around 5ft 8in tall, and was wearing dark clothing.
The second man is described as the same height, black, with dark clothing and a red T-Shirt with ‘Minion’ from Despicable Me.
