Police are investigating the theft of jewellery from Argos in Chelmer Village, Chelmsford.
A gold chain, worth £160, was stolen at around 2pm on Wednesday, June 24.
Investigating officer Pc Alan Conran said: “I’d like to hear from anyone with information regarding who this man (pictured) is.
“We will not tolerate people coming to Chelmsford to steal and will put them before the courts when they are caught.”
Call Pc Conran at Chelmsford Police Station on 101 with information.
