PASSENGERS looked on as two youths were arrested on a train at Needham Market station yesterday afternoon.
The 16-year old youth and 18-year-old man have been charged with theft and robbery and are due to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court today.
Suffolk police assisted by British Transport Police detained the two men shortly before 4pm yesterday afternoon.
The alleged thefts happened in Willoughby Road and Burrell Road in Ipswich.
