A wall and fence were destroyed in the accident in Rectory Road, Bacton, near Stowmarket, at about 8pm.
A 41-year-old woman was arrested by police on suspicion of drink driving and was taken to Bury St Edmunds police station for questioning.
Paramedics were sent to the scene but no one was hurt in the smash.
