A DRIVER is thought to have been killed instantly when his car was involved in an early-morning crash with a 50-tonne tipper lorry just outside a Suffolk town.
Police said the driver of the Proton car was in collision with the Daf lorry at just after 2am this morning on the main A1304 road - Barbara Stradbrook Avenue - leading into the centre of Newmarket, which runs between the town and its famous July Racecourse.
