Fall in number of child arrests
Police are appealing for witnesses following a fail-to-stop damage-only road traffic collision in Exchange Square in Beccles.
The incident happened around 8.30am on November 21 when a white transit van, or similar, collided with a black Audi as the vehicle was pulling into a parking space.
The driver of the white van, thought to be a man, didn’t stop to exchange details and police are urging him to come forward.
