Driver seriously injured in A134 crash

A 23-YEAR-OLD driver is in a serious condition after his car struck a telegraph pole and ended up on its roof.

A 23-YEAR-old driver is in a serious condition after his car struck a telegraph pole and ended up on its roof.

Suffolk police was called to the A134 at Ingham, near Bury St Edmunds, at 9.20pm last night.

Initially the motorist, who was driving a Rover 25 car, was thought to have only have suffered minor injuries but doctors at West Suffolk Hospital in Bury found he had fractured vertebrae.
