A Suffolk Police spokeswoman said there had been a few minor collisions on the roads this morning although fortunately there have not been any serious injuries.

She said: “We want to reiterate the advice to drive for the weather conditions. You should leave extra time for your journey, and pay attention to the road and other road users.”
