A Suffolk drone pilot is hoping that a 20-minute film he has made of boats on the River Orwell and other Suffolk features will lead to a successful new business.
Fergus Fields has been flying a drone-mounted camera for several years and is now hoping that his expertise – and new filming techniques shown of in his film – will encourage anyone looking for publicity drone footage to contact him.
He said: “The stop-motion footage that I can insert into the footage can make it look quite dramatic and I hope to get some commissions for work.”
Excerpts from his video have been made available on Youtube and he is setting up a company to try to encourage new commissions.
He can be contacted on e-mail at fergusf100@hotmail.co.uk for anyone interested in commissioning a special film or buying the film he has already made showing the Orwell estuary and other dramatic landscape scenes from the UK.
