Train services on all routes via Ilford were disrupted today due to a person hit by a train earlier in the Ilford area.
The person, who has not yet been identified, died at the scene at around 12pm today.
Short notice alterations, cancellations and delays of up to 20 minutes followed as a result.
Services returned to normal after 4pm.
