EAST BERGHOLT: A road was blocked to traffic this evening following an accident which left one person in hospital.
The crash happened on the B1070 Mill Road, in East Bergholt, at around 6pm.
Traffic was halted in both directions between Putticks Lane and White Horse Road as firefighters from Holbrook and Ipswich’s Princes Street station joined paramedics at the scene.
Crews made sure the car was stable before the casualty could be removed and taken to hospital.
