Winners of the East Suffolk Photo Competition have been announced.
The competition invited photographers to send their photos to Suffolk Coastal and Waveney district councils under four categories.
Gav Elliot’s photo of Orfordness lighthouse won the “Living in East Suffolk” category; Matthew James’ photo of Aldeburgh fishing boats took the “Working in East Suffolk” category; Ben Alder’s photo of Woodbridge was judged best in the “Explore East Suffolk” category and Jack Lain’s Kessignland Beach was the best under 16s’ entry.
The winning photos will also displayed at the councils’ East Suffolk House or Riverside offices.
Councillors TJ Haworth-Culf and Michael Ladd said: “We were overwhelmed by the amount and the quality of the entries, especially given that this was the inaugural competition.”
