POLICE are appealing for witnesses after an elderly cyclist died following a collision with a car in Beccles.
The man, who is believed to be local, was involved in an accident on Ingate at about 9.45am on Saturday.
He was taken to Norfolk and Norwich Hospital but later died. His identity has not yet been revealed
Police appealed for anyone who may have seen the accident or who helped afterwards to contact Pc 735 Graham Newson at the Halesworth roads policing unit on 01986 835352.
