A MOTORIST was arrested on suspicion of drink driving following a road crash this evening.
The two-vehicle accident happened in Elveden at the junction of the A11. Police were alerted shortly after 7pm.
A 51-year-old woman suffered minor chest injuries, thought to be caused by her seatbelt.
A Suffolk police spokesman said: “Her injuries are not thought to be serious. The crash partially blocked the road. One vehicle was off the road but the other was on the carriageway.
“One driver has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving.”
