Officers were called to Norton road in Thurston shortly after 9pm last night to reports that two vehicles had been involved in a collision.
A spokesperson for Suffolk Constabulary said the incident involved a black Landrover Freelander and a blue Toyota Celica.
A driver and two passengers were taken to West Suffolk Hospital with minor injuries.
Recovery vehicles arrived at the scene at 9:46pm. The road remained closed for roughly three hours, and was reopened at 12:50am this morning.
Firefighters and ambulance crews were also sent to the scene.
