EDF Energy Networks customers in the Princes Street area of Ipswich were affected by the power cut shortly before 8pm yesterday.
Engineers located and started repairing the fault overnight and were on site again this morning to complete the repair as quickly as possible.
Around 11 customers in the Princes Street and Queens St area are believed to have been affected.
EDF apologised for the inconvenience caused.
Meanwhile, 251 EDF customers experienced power cuts in Westleton after an overhead power line was damaged at 1.38pm.
Engineers worked on site to restore power to 29 customers by 2.54pm.
