BURGLARS who broke into a farm in Essex crashed into a horse as they made their getaway.
Police officers are investigating the break in, in Beaumont Road, Great Oakley.
Old Moze Hall was targeted between 10pm on April 1 and 12.30pm on April 2.
A spokesman for Essex police said: “A door was forced open and keys to a red Mitsubishi were stolen from inside.
“The vehicle was then driven on the land and was involved in a collision with a horse, causing injuries to its legs requiring treatment.”
