A MAN has been found in Essex after a search involving police and the coastguard.
Essex Police contacted Thames Coastguard at 1.19pm yesterday requesting assistance in their search for a “high risk missing person” in the Clacton and Walton areas.
Walton and Clacton Coastguard teams searched the shore line while the Clacton Inshore Lifeboat team searched off shore.
A spokesman for Thames Coastguard said: “After the search was concluded the police advised that they had located the man safe and well.”
