A woman has reported being punched in the face and had cash and her mobile phone stolen in Colchester.
Essex Police would like to speak to Andre Bell, 27, a labourer who has links to Braintree and Manningtree, following the incident.
Anyone with information is asked to call Colchester police station on 101 or report information online www.essex.police.uk/do-it-online.
