TWO men are due to appear in court over a burglary in Maldon.
Around 3.20am on Monday, June 25 police were alerted to a break in at the Co Op store in Crossway, Cross Road. The men, aged 21 and 28 from Dagenham, were both charged with burglary, stealing �500 of cigarettes. The 28-year-old was also charged with two motoring offences of driving without a license and no insurance. They will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates court on July 11.
