A man has been injured after he was struck by a car near Chelmsford.
The collision happened at about 12.20pm today in Butt’s Green, Howe Green, near Chelmsford.
Emergency services were called to the scene.
An ambulance spokesman said: “We were called at 12.21pm. A man in his 20s was taken to Broomfield Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.”
The road was partially blocked for a few hours between the East Hanningfield Road junction and the Sporehams Lane junction.
