Essex: Police appeal for help in identifying man wanted in connection with robbery

POLICE are appealing for help in identifying a man depicted in an efit image who is wanted in connection with a robbery in Clacton.

The incident happened at about 11pm on September 8 in Second Avenue, Clacton, when a fast-food delivery man was taking food to a property.

He was stopped by two men who stated the delivery was for them.

One of the men took the food while the other hit the victim in the face causing him to fall and hit his head on the floor. The delivery man sustained a bump to his forehead.

Both suspects are described as white, aged between 21 and 40. One suspect was between 5ft 6ins and 5ft 8ins tall, had mousey coloured hair, a pointed face and wore a black jumper, grey jeans and white shoes.

The second had untidy brown hair, was between 5ft 8in and 5ft 10ins tall and wore a dark navy top and dark trousers.
