Essex: Police appeal to trace missing man

POLICE in Essex are appealing for help to trace a missing man.

Concerns were raised for the welfare of Jamie Toomey, 45, on Sunday afternoon, January 6.

Mr Toomey went missing from his home in Holland-on-Sea, Essex.

Police have been searching the local area and Mr Toomey has not returned to his home address in Kings Parade.

Mr Toomey is described as white, 5ft 9ins and of medium build. He is bald and clean shaven, although the photograph issued by police shows him in 2009 when he had a beard.

He does not have access to a vehicle. Police are continuing to search the local area and ask anyone who sees a man answering this description or knows of Mr Toomey’s whereabouts to contact police at Clacton on 101.
