POLICE in Essex are hunting a man who is wanted on recall to prison.
Anthony Byrne, 46, who was last known to be living in the Chelmsford area, has previous convictions for drug possession.
It is believed the 46-year-old has breached the terms of his release from prison on licence.
A spokeswoman for Essex Police said: “He is described as 5ft 10in tall, with tattoos on his left arm of hearts and words stating ‘Dawn’ and ‘Tony’. On his right arm there is a rose and the word ‘Dawn’, also two hearts, a padlock and a bird with the word ‘Tony’. He also has a three inch scar on the inside of his right hand and a two inch scar on the inside of his right forearm.”
