POLICE in Essex have today released an efit image of a man officers want to talk to in connection with an accosting incident in Great Totham.
Officers were contacted shortly after 1.40pm on Sunday September 9, following reports that a nine-year-old girl had been approached by a male motorist on Maldon Road near to The Jubilee Recreation ground.
He tried to talk her into going over to his vehicle and then grabbed her, but the girl managed to free herself and run off.
The man is described as white, aged in his 30s, with dark curly hair, driving a clean black 4x4 type vehicle that had a wheel on the back.
Police have released an efit image in the hope someone may be able to identify who was responsible.
