A ROAD has reopened following a crash involving a car and a van this morning.
A 55-year-old woman was taken to hospital after being injured in a crash on the A120 Colchester Road at Broad Green.
Firefighters were called to the scene at 6.48am and used specialist cutting equipment to free the woman who had become trapped.
The road was closed in both directions at the Houchin’s Lane junction between Marks Tey and Coggeshall and a diversion was put in place via Feering.
