A MAN has been charged with robbery following an incident at a house in Euston, near Thetford, in which a couple were allegedly tied up and robbed.
Zacki Melheim, 46, of Surr Street in Islington, London, was arrested in London by detectives from Suffolk on Tuesday and brought to Bury St Edmunds Police Station for questioning.
Melheim has since been charged with robbery, obstructing an officer and of driving without insurance in relation to a separate incident.
He will appear before magistrates in Bury St Edmunds this morning.
