This is a great day out for children to keep them entertained this weekend.
The children will have the opportunity to make giant flowers, cress heads, butterfly feeders, and window decorations.
They will also be able to hunt for wildlife and plant seeds. It will run from 11am - 2pm and a picnic lunch will be provided.
Tickets can be purchased on arrival and cost £10 if you would like a picnic or £6 without.
Fastlove A Tribute to George Michael

Do you have a George Michael lover in your life? If so this is the perfect event for them.
The show is packed with crowd pleasing anthems featuring careless whisper, freedom, faith, father figure, outside, Jesus to a child and many more.

Framlingham Country Show
Trinity Park, Ipswich

Due to flooding the annual Framlingham Country Show will take place this weekend at Trinity Park instead.
The show, which is in its ninth year, is packed with things to do from children’s entertainers, dog breeders, animals, hot food vendors and over 100 trade stands. Highlights include a visit from The Great British Bake Off winner, Sophie Faldo, who hails from Suffolk and will be demonstrating in the cookery tent. Jonathan Marshall, who has worked on the hit TV series Game of Thrones, will be bringing his dancing horses and birds of prey display. To read more about the show click here.
Wild Things at Easter

It’s the Easter Holidays so go and take part in the Wild Things trail around the Brandon Fen family trail.
There will be four challenges to take part in and the chance for participants to “go wild”.
The trail will involve pond dipping and bug hunting along with a few other surprises on the way round.

50 Ways To Save The World

If you and your family enjoy going to the zoo you will love this event. Give your little ones Easter holidays they wont forget by becoming a superhero at Africa Alive this weekend.

Family Easter Fun

Easter may be over but the events continue throughout the Easter holidays.
Inspired by Benjamin Britten’s operetta “Paul Bunyan” The Red House have a variety of themed activities which are fun for the whole family.
You can expect a series of giant games to play and to go on an adventure around the gardens.

Comic Hero Run

Calling all super heroes! Get your superhero outfit on and raise money in aid of St Helena Hospice.
The Comic Hero Run offers 1k, 5k and 10k course options and will be held in Colchester’s Castle Park. T
his event was originally due to be held on March 18 but due to the yellow weather warning it got moved to this Sunday.
You will need to register before and can do so at www.sthelenahospice.org.uk/event/comic18/ prices to join are between £5 - £20.
Vintage Market

Spend the weekend at a vintage market.
Deben Events is bringing a hand-picked choice of vintage traders and local makers and artisans to Snape Maltings.
