MOTORSPORT maven Max Mosley has won his privacy action against the News of the World at the High Court over the claim that he took part in a "sick Nazi orgy" with five prostitutes.

MOTORSPORT maven Max Mosley has won his privacy action against the News of the World at the High Court over the claim that he took part in a "sick Nazi orgy" with five prostitutes.

He has been awarded £60,000 damages but there was no unprecedented award of punitive exemplary damages.
