High achieving students at Farlingaye High School in Woodbridge have thanked their teachers for supporting them through their GCSEs.
Charlotte Wells, who secured a grade 9, 8 and 7 as well as five A*s and two As, said: “I really enjoyed my subjects and the learning I was able to do. Now I can look forward to sixth form.”
Joe Hindley, who achieved three grade 8s, six A*s and one A, added: “I was not expecting such good grades – especially my 8s in English. I was very happy with them. My teacher was amazing and I couldn’t have done it without her.”
Alex Richards has also thanked teachers for the support he received to achieve one grade 9, one 8, three A*s and three As.
“Our results wouldn’t have been possible without all the efforts of the teachers - the Study Clubs they ran were the biggest help.”
Jacob Mackenzie, who received one grade 8, two 7s and seven As, said: “I couldn’t believe how good the teachers were. They have been so much of a help to me.”
