A TEENAGER will appear in court charged with causing death by careless driving after an accident earlier this year.

The 18-year-old woman from Colchester has also been charged with causing death whilst uninsured and causing death whilst unlicensed.
The fatal crash happened on Abberton Road, Langenhoe on May 18.
Gary Pitchford, 17, from Speedwell Road, Colchester was a passenger in a Peugeot 106 that left the road and crashed into a tree.
He died in Addenbrokkes Hospital two days later.
The 18-year-old woman will appear at Colchester Magistrates court on Thursday, November 19.
