POLICE are concerned for the safety of a 19-year-old man who went missing after a night out with friends.Luke Derbin had gone out with two friends on Thursday night but they had become separated in the area of Zest nightclub in Ipswich.

POLICE are concerned for the safety of a 19-year-old man who went missing after a night out with friends.

Luke Derbin had gone out with two friends on Thursday night but they had become separated in the area of Zest nightclub in Ipswich.

He was last seen in the early hours of Friday morning and failed to return to his home in Hollesley or work as expected.

Mr Derbin has also failed to pick up personal property including his mobile phone from a friend's house where he had left them before going out.

Mr Derbin has never been out of contact for this length of time before and police are concerned for his safety.

He is described as white, 5ft10ins tall, of slim build, with short mousy-coloured wavy hair and blue eyes.

At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a black or grey long-sleeved collared shirt, blue jeans and brown suede shoes.

Police are asking Mr Derbin or anyone with information about where he is to contact the duty sergeant at Woodbridge police station on 01473 613500.
