EMERGENCY services were called after a car collided with a tree near a supermarket entrance.
The crash happened in Grange Farm Avenue, Felixstowe, near the entrance to Morrisons’ car park at 11am.
A Suffolk police spokeswoman said officers were called by East of England Ambulance Service.
“This was a car versus tree and involved a black Audi A3,” she added.
East of England Ambulance Service was alerted at 10.55am.
Spokesman Gary Sanderson said: “A man believed to be in his 70s has a facial and chest injury.”
