A MAN who died after his car collided with a lamppost in Felixstowe was today named as 83-year-old Terence Tovell of Coronation Drive in Felixstowe.
Police were called to Mill Lane in Felixstowe at 9.40am yesterday following reports of a single-vehicle collision involving a Honda car.
The fire service and ambulance service were also called to the scene and the road was closed.
Paramedics treated the man but he was pronounced dead on the scene.
