The latest riders to confirm their attendance in The London Riders Individual Championship are Hammers asset Joonas Kylmakorpi, who will wear the colours of the Romford Bombers and his Eastbourne team mate Cameron Woodward, who will represent the White City Rebels, who were the team also promoted by the Dugard family. Hammers current riders Kauko Nieminen, Peter Ljung and Stuart Robson will represent Lakeside, the Hackney Hawks and West Ham respectively, with the latter’s appearance being sponsored by Eddy Grimstead Motor Co.

Further good news for fans attending is that the London Riders Individual Championship Final will start off with an old style vultures race featuring the four top scorers from the USA Touring team’s match with the Young Hammers, which opens the action packed programme at 6.30pm. The first two from this race will go into the main meeting to represent New Cross and Harringay.

The full timetable for this exciting evening of Speedway, which will consist of 28 heats of racing is:-

5.30pm - Entrance Gates Open

6.30pm - Young Hammers v USA Touring Team

7.50pm - Parade of riders for The London Riders Individual Championship.

8pm - Vultures Heat, followed by 12 qualification Heats, Last Chance Qualifier and Grand Final.
