Eight fire appliances from Felixstowe, Ipswich and Woodbridge were attending an incident at Felixstowe Docks on Saturday evening.
The initial call to emergency services came in just before 9.30pm and the crews joined the Port of Felixstowe’s own appliance to tackle the incident.
Firefighters arrived at the scene and were able to deal quickly with the incident. It was declared under control shortly after 10pm and the appliances were expected to start returning to base after then.
