Dozens of firefighters are tackling a blaze at Elveden Farms.
Fire crews from both Suffolk and Norfolk are at the scene, with 15 appliances called in total – including specialist vehicles.
A spokesperson for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said crews were tackling a field fire affecting 20 to 25 acres of standing crops.
Fortunately no farm buildings were affected, and nearby Thetford Forest was also left unscathed.
Firefighters began damping down the ground at midday, once the majority of the blaze had been extinguished.
