CREWS tackled a house fire in Woodbridge today.
Four units were dispatched to the town's Lower Haugh Lane shortly after 4pm after a neighbour spotted smoke coming from the two-storey house.
The property's owners are currently on holiday.
It is believed the blaze started in a first floor bedroom and spread to the roof.
Firefighters from Colchester Road and Princes Street in Ipswich, and from Woodbridge fought the flames, wearing breathing apparatus and using hose reel jets.
The fire was brought under control by 4.50pm.
