Firefighters from Elmswell were called to a chimney fire in Wyverstone on Christmas Day.
The incident in The Street happened at around 6.11pm with the single fire crew using a nine metre ladder, one hose reel jet and specialised chimney gear to put out the blaze, which involved a wood burner.
After a final check for any remaining hot spots the incident was finished at 7.01pm.
