Fire in disused building in Bramford believed to have been started deliberately

An investigation is taking place into a fire that is believed to be deliberate in Bramford.

Firefighters were called shortly after 5pm to Papermill Lane, where they found smoke issuing from the third floor of a disused building.

Crews from Princes Street, Ipswich gained access to the building, and brought the fire under control by 5.50pm.

Police have been alerted to the incident, which is believed to have started deliberately.
